Emil Kirkegaard Lies Again…

Rebuttal to a Misleading Statement

Last updated: October 18, 2020

Emil O. W. Kirkegaard is a habitual liar who lied under oath. It is therefore amusing to see this morally repugnant individual dishonestly accuse me of lying. In a comment on Unz Review he said the following:

Kirkegaard v Smith

I am not “equivocating” between losing and discontinuing the lawsuit when Kirkegaard discontinued the lawsuit 12 days before summary judgment, knowing he would have lost. He already lost the preliminary judgment and was criticised by a judge for taking my posts out of context (Kirkegaard v Smith, [63]). He was ordered to pay me £13,500 in legal costs. The reason I filed for summary judgment was because his claim was meritless. In fact, Kirkegaard conceded this to my solicitor. This was mentioned in a letter on May 11, 2020 (see below). So there are ‘two faces’ of Emil Kirkegaard – in public, he writes misleading statements and does not admit to having lost; in private, he admitted his claim was meritless and he lost.
